Rights of Withdrawal
- All offers made by Heilpilzvertrieb Berlin are non-binding and subject to change without notice.
- By ordering the desired goods via the online order form, by email, fax, telephone or post, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a sales contract. The receipt of order will be confirmed by email or fax or post.
- The contract is concluded with written confirmation from Heilpilzvertrieb Berlin or with the delivery of the goods ordered by Heilpilzvertrieb Berlin.
- Customers who are consumers according to the German Consumer Protection Act may withdraw from the contract within two weeks by giving a written notice (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. It is not necessary to give any reasons for this revocation. The period shall begin at the earliest with receipt of this instruction, but not before receipt of the goods by the customer ( in case of repeat deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first part of the order). The revocation period shall be deemed observed if the goods are returned or notice of revocation is sent within this period. - In case of a valid revocation, any mutually received payments or goods shall be returned. In the event that you are unable to return the goods/ services received in whole or in part, or only in deteriorated condition, you will be liable to pay compensation to us accordingly. This does not apply to the surrender of goods whose deterioration can be attributed solely to their inspection, as it would have been possible in a store. The depreciation of the goods through use which exceeds this simple inspection and which leads, through the traces of this use, to the fact that the goods can no longer be sold as 'new', shall be borne by the customer. In addition, you can avoid indemnification if you have not used the goods as an owner and have refrained from any action that could reduce their value.
- If the value of the goods is less than 40 €, the costs incurred for their return shall be borne by the customer, unless the goods received do not corespond to those ordered. We will only accept returned goods if sufficient postage has been paid. If the value of the goods exceeds € 40, we will either refund the goods or deliver the replacement items without delivery charge.
