The confirmation of your order and the acceptance of your order will be sent to you in an automated e-mail immediately. By this e-mail confirmation the purchase contract is concluded.

- These terms and conditions (Terms) apply to all contracts of the Heilpilzvertrieb Berlin sales to consumers (§ 13 BGB) or commercial customers via our online shop.

5. Returns
Consumers have for 14 days the right to withdraw from the contract.
- Customers who are consumers according to the German Consumer Protection Act may withdraw from the contract within two weeks by giving a written notice (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. It is not necessary to give any reasons for this revocation. The period shall begin at the earliest with receipt of this instruction, but not before receipt of the goods by the customer ( in case of repeat deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first part of the order). The revocation period shall be deemed observed if the goods are returned or notice of revocation is sent within this period. The revocation is to be sent to: Heilpilzvertrieb Berlin, Altenberger Weg 2, 13156 Berlin, Germany.
- In case of a valid revocation, any mutually received payments or goods shall be returned. In the event that you are unable to return the goods/ services received in whole or in part, or only in deteriorated condition, you will be liable to pay compensation to us accordingly. This does not apply to the surrender of goods whose deterioration can be attributed solely to their inspection, as it would have been possible in a store. The depreciation of the goods through use which exceeds this simple inspection and which leads, through the traces of this use, to the fact that the goods can no longer be sold as 'new', shall be borne by the customer. In addition, you can avoid indemnification if you have not used the goods as an owner and have refrained from any action that could reduce their value.
- If the value of the goods is less than 40 €, the costs incurred for their return shall be borne by the customer, unless the goods received do not corespond to those ordered. We will only accept returned goods if sufficient postage has been paid. If the value of the goods exceeds € 40, we will either refund the goods or deliver the replacement items without delivery charge.
Terms of payment
you can pay by moneyorder, Credit Card, direct-ebanking.com, banktransfer, PayPal-Express or Cash.
- moneyorder: You will be informed of our bank details and the total amount to be paid through an order confirmation email as soon as possible after receipt of the order. We will ship the ordered goods as soon as we have received the moneyorder
- direct-ebanking.com: you pay via PIN and TAN (as within onlinebanking). Your banking data remain unvisible to us (available for almost every bank from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, United Kingdom). Your account will be charged after completing the order
- credit card. Your account will be charged after completing the order
- banktransfer (only from Germany). Your account will be charged when we ship the ordered goods
- PayPal Express (currently only from Germany). Your account will be charged after completing the order
- Cash (when picking up your order at our store)
