Coriolus, Turkey Tail

Coriolus can be found in many forms on dead hardwood. It is exclusively grown for medicinal purposes.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), it is known as Yun Zhi. It has been used very successfully for many centuries.

The turkey tail contains provitamin D and several trace elements and minerals. A high proportion of polysaccharides and their specific composition give coriolus its special value. Two compounds in particular, called PSP and PSK, are considered to be very effectively. Coriolus thus provides a unique form of support for the immune system.
